Mike has had a passion for fitness ever since he can remember and after finishing University in 2015 he became a coach at GHF.

He has a particular passion for helping people achieve sustainable lifestyle change using his knowledge of training, nutrition and psychology.

Mike has a hunger for knowledge and often has his head in a book (aka a bit of a geek, as he’ll say himself) but it’s all fuelled by his desire to help his clients look, feel and perform at their best while having the freedom to enjoy their life outside the gym.
