Cathy has lifetime of fitness behind her and for 50+ years hasn’t stopped running, climbing, adventuring and enjoying an active lifestyle.
In 2011 she brought all of that energy, skill and experience to Good Health and Fitness when she joined as a client and she has been here ever since. In fact, Cathy connected so much that she spent 3 years studying for a Diploma in Fitness and Personal Training and she formally joined the GHF Coaching Team a few years ago.

Cathy is an integral part of the GHF team, covering classes, organising events and supporting whenever the need arises. Her primary role is to cover for holidays, sickness and other absences but she takes a particularly interest in helping clients who are new to fitness find their feet and settle in.
