Do you want to start your weekend off with a bang? With a great crowd and a challenging workout?

Then Saturday Bootcamp is for you.

In each session, you’ll be put through a challenging circuit designed to improve your cardio fitness and develop your strength and skill in performing a variety of movements.

All fitness levels are welcome, what’s important is that you work to achieve your own small improvements in each session within the context of a fun, effective and motivating group environment.

Our bootcamps are increased to 20 clients which still allows us to ensure you get the attention you need from our talented coaches and create a great buzz!
