Then Bodyweight Bootcamp is for you. In each session, you’ll be put through a challenging bodyweight circuit designed to improve your cardio fitness and develop your skill in performing a variety of bodyweight movements.
All fitness levels are welcome, what’s important is that you work to achieve your own small improvements in each session within the context of a fun, effective and motivating group environment.
Each class is capped at 12 people ensuring you get the attention you need from our talented coaches, so you can get the most out of every class.
