If you’ve ever wanted to advance passed doing the basic full bodyweight push up and learn how to perform amazing feats of strength such as the handstand, front/back lever or one-legged pistol squat…then this is the class for you.
All fitness levels are welcome, what’s important is that you work to achieve your own small improvements in each session within the context of a fun, effective and motivating group environment.
